I got my 2.5” Rubicon Express lift on today. Along with my side steps and spare relocation bracket. I went with the MICKEY Thompson 35 x 12.50 R18 and Fuel beast. They are very quite thus far to have an aggressive tread and still not be mud terrain. Yes, I am well aware I could do 37’s with ease, it is just not my taste nor is it practical for Atlanta traffic. I love the way it turned out!

So I had to modify the RC spare tire relocation bracket so the tire wasn't sitting sooooo high covering a good portion on the rear window. Drilled new holes 2.25 inches below where RC placed the holes in the "re-engineered" relocation bracket which raised your spare 4.75 inches higher than factory. I am not sure why RC re-designed this, or didn't just add a second set of holes to give us the option how high to mount our spare tire. @Rough Country Suspensions do you think this could be done? Seems easy enough.

Aside from the windshield, here's the other thing I did to the JL today. Sunrider for Hard Top! The quality and fit of this thing appears to be outstanding!

Suggest you get the twill and not the vinyl. Buy before the end of the month as the SR is on sale.

Cold here but I drove with it open and at 65 mph and above some buffeting but geeeez, wouldn't you expect as much. You get that with the Freedom panels off. No more noise then with FP off.

How is the buffeting / wind noise when the Sunrider is open?

I haven't been faster than 45 mph, but there was none at that speed. Tomorrow will hit 51 degrees here, so if I go anywhere, I'll try and get up around 60 or 65 and see what we get. The cloth seemed to flap around a little less at 45 than the full soft top's sunrider when it is flipped back, so I'm optimistic there will be no issue.

1) I Bought it.

2) Then I put Carolina Metal Masters Ball mount on the Driver and Passenger side. Gotta say, I'm not impressed. The new Grab Handles on the JL make it difficult to put a RAM Ball Mount on that doesn't bring the phone forward too far. At first I used the top mount, but then couldn't even use my Visor. Switched to Bottom side and much better, but sorta wish CMM continued the way they did it on the JK and just used the Visor Mount bolt. I"ll have to throw up some pics tomorrow.

What psi you running your tires at?

The factory recommended on the inside door. Which if I am correct without going out to Jeep is 37 cold PSI.

not a fan of colored overlay letters...I prefer to keep it subtle...

Also scuff plates are not a place I would put overlays on...they'll get scratched up pretty quickly....
