"Well...since there have been some complaints and questions....I will post what I know. I was trying to hold out until I had full info and guidance from the mothership at VerticleScope. Tracking is suspended indefinitely. Not going into details as I'm not 100% on why. I assume many of you can put 2 and 2 together. It's pretty sad really...we have provided a service to FCA customers for almost 10 years that they are too incompetent to provide themselves. It kinda goes along with their entire business model. Their customer service at the corporate level and the dealer level is probably the worst in the business. It was only a matter of time that this happened I guess. They don't wanna focus on customer service or quality....but focus on silly things like this. Pretty sad. Threatening lawsuits and legal action against an entity that has done nothing but good for your brand. I would guess to say that JeepGarage has sold more jeeps than most of their pitiful dealers in reality. Sad day for the Jeep and Mopar enthusiast."

That's unfortunate. I was hoping to print out the whole tracking journey of my JLUR.

I don't blame JG for any of this. It's an FCA thing.

Just seen same reply on JG on premium menber post. Looks like we are toast. Not sure if we will see refund for subscription?

Agreed, but we should be entitled to refunds, especially those of us that are still in D1 and haven't had the benefit of any tracking.

Agreed, but we should be entitled to refunds, especially those of us that are still in D1 and haven't had the benefit of any tracking.
I am with you-maybe time to complain to FCA about how poor Jeep Chat is!!!!!

Personally, Jeep Garage can keep my money. I will say buying my first Jeep has been an inconvenience. My old G-wagen is looking better and better as I see my friend driving by in it. I had been reading the FCA gripes and knew somewhat what I was getting into. I also fully understand record ordering is making it a slower process. However, FCA definitely does not seem to be doing themselves any favors. Hiring just a few good logistic and customer service managers would solve many of these problems. I also understand low unemployment makes this a bit more difficult. Wage growth though is not exactly soaring. I am sure I will be thrilled with my Jeep when it arrives. It is unfortunate that my dealer is going to have to work harder when it was completely avoidable. I had considered buying a Cherokee in the Spring but I am out with one Jeep buying experience for a while. I say this less for the forum and more in the hopes that FCA eventually sees our comments. There are too many other options competing with the Cherokee. Not so with the JL so...

You are the lucky one. I just saw on the 5Th gen ram tracking site that they said they will be able to finish tracking vehicles they started on but cannot take new ones on. Hopefully JG will be able to also.

That would the best case scenario for the JG members that paid for the tracking service. Let's hope that will be the case.

I can understand FCA stopping it IF it’s a service they offer and it’s hurting their profits, but it’s not. Jeep Chat works but it’s slow and takes a lot of resources. Dealers can provide this service but none of them can be bothered to update their customers daily and I don’t necessarily blame them.

Typical corporate bullshit.

That's too bad. JG was a great service...our jeepls will all show up when they show up, but it was nice to have some insight. Thanks guys!

I joined at level 4 just to track my order. I'm not even too D1, I'm just a new order, no status at all...............I wonder about refunds??????????????????????????????????/

Probably best to file a claim with PayPal. If enough people do just that, PayPal will get involved and JG will likely remain quiet no longer!

My suggestion is to forget about it and move on. You took a risk to get inside information, the source was threatened with legal action and forced to shut down. Running to PayPal and asking for a refund is the equivalent of running to the police and offering to be a witness when your drug dealer gets busted and can no longer supply drugs lol.
