Put a Rubi take off suspension on my Sport S today. Gave me a 1.5 inch lift! It drives great too! For anybody who is curious...all of the control arms, sway bar links, and track bars are the same part number between a Rubicon and Sport S...only difference is the springs and shocks. But needless to say, I’m happy with it. Only problem is the wife wants steps even more now...which I guess isn’t really much of problem because it gives me an excuse to buy Jeep parts!

Found a space saving and more effective fire extinguisher option. The Element 100 Fire Extinguisher mounted on the Maximus-3 Flashlight Mount. I added the mount to both driver and passenger side. Will be adding for the rear sport bar mount next week to have fire solution front and back. The Element provides ABC and K protection and lasts over 100 Seconds which is more than 10x of a normal 5lb extinguisher. Not cheap but its my Jeep so... The Maximus brackets are rock solid. No rattle. 2 min install. And I like the way it looks.

Did you have to do any drilling for the bracket and would that work with the soft top installed?

WIred a radar detector into Aux 3 and a dash cam to Aux 4 since I was fed up with the horrible options for the lighter plug power source.

I hard wired mine to the lighter socket on the dash. Since I don't use it for anything, it shouldn;t be a problem.

No drilling. Uses two screws on roll bar trim. No idea on soft top.

"The girl next door who stole his heart"....

I ve always been the girl next door who hung with the guys.... and when a girl who is less than happy that a certain guy adores me called me "the girl next door" ( her attempt at an insult ), it reminded me of the saying and we ( the guy and myself ) thought this was the perfect windshield saying and it makes me smile every damn time I see it! Otherwise all I could come up with was "luck of the irish" and that was booooring.

Put a MORE dead pedal in Saturday. Way more comfortable now.

Some people found frustration getting the pedal installed in the tight space, but I found it very simple. Using a 6" socket extension gave me enough to easily tighten the screws. Another 2" extension or a swivel end would have made it even easier tightening the back screw.

All in all was easy and took maybe 10 minutes total.
