Just because it's not enforceable doesn't mean they don't try. I do support state's rights, but I also wish things were uniform. Do I wish the feds would enforce uniformity? No. But I still wish small things like that were uniform to ensure you don't get needlessly stopped and harassed by someone who's wrong.

On the other hand, there are also benefits to each state being able to do its own thing.
