Guys, my recent blood work didn't look great so I am changing my diet. No more stupid rice bread, pizza and pasta. I am switching to hunter gatherer diet with a few exceptions. Plus I am fasting for 16 hours. My first meal is just nuts, seeds, berries, apple, orange, lemon and yogurt. Second meal will be some Salmon with leafy greens. 2 chicken eggs daily. 3 pm - 7 am will be my fasting time. Water, coffee and green tea only during the fasting hours.

I've heard rumors there's something referred to as "a gym". I can't verify that though.

This looks solid, guys! Salmon, mushrooms, leafy greans and truckloads of tomato gravy, garlic and onions. And some hot sauce(Caveman had no access to hot sauce)

I am being pretty consistent, guys! Also switched to 20 hour fasting, 10 am - 2 pm food time, 2 pm - 10 am fasting.

I call the first meal a squirrel diet 🐿😃👍 Second and last meal will be fish and shell fish like Salmon, Cod and Shrimps with super low starch veggies like Cauliflower and eggplants

Looks good Muhammad! A couple of years ago I went on an accidental fast. I got called out to the field and the hotel was close to the site. No fast food close. I was busy too. I slept great. Now I have a funny rule, I don't eat at work. Monday through Friday I don't eat much. Then, on the weekends, my wife and I share a plate at home or when dining out. My sleep pattern is so much better.

We had plenty of hawggg meat a couple of years ago at a camping trip.

What was wrong with your blood work?

There's a lot of problems that are related to diet and different solutions based on which problem you have.

Some things wrong with your blood work can't be fixed by diet alone.

No, Bacon like Lamb, sucks. Lots of saturated fats. Fish fats are healthy fats. Plus, Bacon is a processed meat.
Lamb is what caused triglycerides in my blood. I ate this kind of food all the time.

High sugar and triglycerides, I ate too much refined carbs and unhealthy fats.

Human body has evolved to fast for hundreds of thousands of years. Ancient humans didn't have food available all the time. They woke up in the morning and went out to find food, they walked for hours on empty stomach. That's why empty stomach makes your mind sharp. Imagine a hungry ancient human having a foggy brain, he would become another animal's food. That's the reason the brain does better when the stomach is empty.
I haven't had food since 2 pm, it is 10 pm right now and I feel great. My apetite is dead. The more one eats, the more the stupid appetite increases. Please don't eat carbs, they are just stupid empty calories, donuts don't have shit in them, ancient humans didn't stupid donuts. Eat nutrition dense foods full of protein and healthy fats.
