What did you do TO your Jeep JL today?

Unfortunately due to how the camera is mounted in the housing I don't see a way to extend it without going to an aftermarket carrier. I had to cut/modify my camera housing to fit with my bumper/tire carrier which allowed it to sit further out, but I don't think you could do the same if you are still using the factory carrier.
Sorry I don't have a solution for you.

12 coats of plasti dip? I've watched several videos by the plastidip folks and talked with them...6-7 coats was recommended

Thought I saw them recommend "at least" 8 coats? But I may be mistaken...

I could see how it improved with each coat though, would be interesting to compare 7 vs 12.

Installed an off-road camera. Also managed to break a clip on the uconnect and had to use black tape to hold it in place.

I did paint the hole before installing the camera.

Camera? Where did you get it? How and where does it plug in on the radio? I have the 8.4. How do you turn it on and off? I know the Tazer JL has the option just haven’t looked into that function yet. Any other things we might need to know before taking this on?

Quality product and customer service is good too. He’s doing final fit test on a lot of the JL stuff now & then it’ll be available. He can do custom Logos in the panels too which is pretty cool...

I haven't gotten mine yet but I do know that it does not use the existing holes in the tailgate like the Mopar table...it's a little larger table than the Mopar.

I believe he said the table install takes about 20 minutes. He lives ~1hr from me so got together last week so I could see one 1st-hand...quality workmanship.

Was informed by my hunny that my aries power side steps arrived well over a week ago and he forgot to tell me! Sooooo now I going to have them installed! Woohoo! I'm running 37's with a 2 inch lift and haven't been able to drive for a couple of weeks thanks to a hip injury so these steps are just what the doctor ordered and just in time!
