What did you do TO your Jeep JL today?

I can grab more photos. Overall, it’s just less glossy and more flat than the painted grille. Where the painted grille has a different look to the plastic in the headlight channel, it all is one dimension on the satin. If that makes sense?

I was thinking about purchasing but was just wondering if satin grille stands out on the black wrangler like it does with the other colors.

Got a Rhino Rack (long) and new stinger installed by the guys at Maximus 3 in Auburn Hills. They did an excellent job and went above and beyond with the install, I would highly recommend them if you're anywhere within driving distance.

I'm getting this very soon. Had a few other questions for you....

the LED lights on the front, do you find them to be useful? I feel like being up on top of the roof, and I'd assume maybe a foot or two behind the top of the windshield, when turned on at night, it wouldn't really be lighting much up in front of you (except for what's above the horizon because they'd be blocked from helping light up anything that the headlights won't. Perhaps I'm flat out wrong and they do just as good as any other light set up that would be on the stinger or on the windshield corner mounted? What is your intent with using them and how do they perform?

Aside from that, I'm thinking maybe doing one/two on each side, and then maybe one/two on the back? Are they pretty bright where 2 would even be necessary or is that overkill? Curious on your thoughts since you have them on the front of your rack as is....

I intend on using this jeep to do camping trips, a few expeditions witha club

I've only had the lights on for a little over a week so I haven't had a chance to test them off road. I will say that I am very impressed with the light output driving thru my neighborhood at night. They're not Rigid or anything but they didn't cost $300 apiece like the Rigids do. My intent for all the lights are exactly the same as yours and I believe they will be perfect for that purpose.

We've done tires 33" KO2s, 2 1/2" JSpec lift with HD shocks, CB and antenna, sunshade, Rubi rails, now we're installing HAUK skid plates. Im about broke, lol.

Accessorized a little today to make use of the fender well space....molle tailgate table should be ready for install soon.

Same company, it works you just have to remove and reinstall it anytime you want to take the soft top ALL the way back, works fine for sunrider. He might have a seperate soft top version im not sure. I went and picked it up personally from the shop.

I know this question isn't for me, but I've hooked up the lights for a few people now and everyone seems to love them.

For sure -- love them. Scrolled through dozens of posts to find out which rails w/ lights theses were. It's already on my list of things to buy....even before my Jeep has been ordered (having to wait to new ordering window)

Plus the MOLLE pouches I ordered arrived today so now all of my towing/recovery stuff is in the cubby under the floormat while first aid kit, breakdown junk, and dog seatbelts are attached to the tailgate
