Looks great. Can you show more pictures of the wiring? I want to add the same light but I am concerned about wire management. I want a clean look.

Thanks!
Sure I can do that, This evening ok?

Nice. How do you pull out the factory wire track? Mine won’t come out so I’m doing something wrong.
I used a plastic trim removal tool. I only opened them up on one side to get the wiring in. Go slow, as I was careful not to crack them.

Do you have another angle of the satin grille? Is there a significant difference in the colors is person?
I can grab more photos. Overall, it’s just less glossy and more flat than the painted grille. Where the painted grille has a different look to the plastic in the headlight channel, it all is one dimension on the satin. If that makes sense?

I deleted the over-the-tire CHMSL and bracket in favour of a true high-mount brake light! This one will always be visible, even when I carry bikes or a cargo rack on the back! I also installed an 18 watt, 6 LED white backup light down near the receiver so I can see in the ParkView camera at night!
Info on the backup light? Did you pimp off the trailer wires? thanks!

No, I used the CHMSL-dedicated brake light wire from the harness back before it goes into the tailgate. I did not have to open the gate panels; when I removed the light, the connector has a black (ground) and white/blue wire, so I found that wire inside on the right. Ran a single wire over to the left and picked up the ground from that side.

If you read the text below the photo, you'd read that I plan to use the light from above the tire and mount it to the sport bar. I've already done the wiring with a connector to switch between them. And while I was at it, I ran an additional 12V from the rear accessory port so I can hard wire a small fridge or something else... I'll post the mounted light when I get it done.

For anyone else, there are 2 unused 12V sources in that rear connector that must be used for the sliding roof if you had it.
Um this could be a game changer for wiring stuff in the cargo area. Do you or anyone else have anymore details about these unused 12v 12v sources?

I believe they are 20A each direct from fuses F73 (PWR TOP LT) and F74 (PWR TOP RT). You are right about possible game changer. That makes it a lot easier to find power for accessories! The wires are pretty heavy, so 20A each is great. Note: I have not pulled the fuses to make sure, I'm just extrapolating info that I found...

Those tie down brackets can be found on the GPCA website.

The tie-downs are GPCA D-Rings and D-Plates stacked together. The straps are Velcro-brand standard stuff. I use them mostly to keep stuff from moving around in the back when I drive. One strap around a handle of a milk crate so it doesn't tip over, etc.. I plan to make a sling to fit across the back seats that will use the tie-downs.
