392 Mopar beadlock wheel tire compatibility.

Every tire manufacturer is different. So they all believe something different in tire bead thickness. Thankfully, I've been making double beadlock wheels over a decade and we have to account for the tire bead thickness to make the double beadlock insert the correct width. I have a long list of tire sizes and manufacturers to account for the differences. There are only a few tire sizes like the 43" TSL SX that won't work with my rings. But those bead thicknesses set the standard for max width. And at 43's you're probably not running the stock wheels anymore. So I made these rings work for a wide range of what we do use.

The stock hardware with the 392 is M10x1.50 and is a nice setup to reuse. I'm working on getting replacement hardware but it will be additional to the ring cost. I plan to reuse the 392 hardware on my set.

I added the option to the 392 Beadlock ring to get the 24 bolts needed to replace all the hardware should you have the 12 bolt trim rings. ?

Just ordered the Traction Off-road 392 (non-XR) rings from Dookey….awesome guy to chat with about Jeep stuff and quick to respond and ship! Waiting on 60 matching torx OEM bolts (to match the ones that came on the jeep with the decorative rings) but he has an option through Grainger that you could order 120 of for matching bolts (hex head versus torx). Once they come in will get these mounted up. ?

HI there just noticed your wheels are grey? The take offs I bought are more very dark bronze. I have also seen a lighter bronze also but yours are grey? Did they come on a new Jeep like that or something they sold threw Mopar?

@DOOKEY were you able to do the machine cuts to the 392 non XR rings? I want to but the rings but the I don’t like the flat/plain look.

I didn't like it either and went with OMF. I also added the drain cutouts for water and further lightening. I found a supplier of Titanium Grade 5 bolts that made the nice button head like OEM head with a larger flange that fit the holes real good and bought 120 bolts from them for a great price from Aliexpress. The ring also has bead knurling. Should be about 33.5Lbs a wheel with the ring and bolts.

The ones they show on their store website don't have the logo on them and the valve stem relief isn't cut out completely like yours either. They change the design or is that still an option?

The website doesn't have this shown I think. They do make it like this if you show it to "Bones" at OMF. Their site needs work I think?
