About a month. I’m into my 6th week now and still in D. I’ll probably keep on pinging Jeep chat every week or two until the cows come home or my JL does... Whichever one comes first. How long after ordering did you guys start bugging Jeep Chat for updates?
Here you go! Jeep Chat is toward the bottom of the web page. https://www.jeep.com/webselfservice/jeep/index.htmlHow exactly do I contact jeep.com chat?

I would if I knew how, but I don't. Hope your Jeep comes in soon and all the long term waiters get theirs as well and we go to the normal 4 - 6 week waiting period. I was 137 to pick up and am so thankful the wait is over! I love my JL more than I can say!Maybe you, Fred? Lol. I spend WAAAYYYY too much time with you friends on the forum, I need to work a little sometimes!
But yes, it would be cool. I think overall we will find out waiting may be getting shorter, but no way to know for sure without a list.
I’m a young one, 110 days but still waiting.
Call the 866 #, much better than the Jeep chat and available 24 hours a day as well.Is Jeep Chat down for anyone else?
Looking good! Congratulations! Here she is. The Night Rider.
Just returned from Tri City Jeep in Eden, NC. This no non-sense Dealor delivered on their promises 100%. I would highly recommend them to in state and out of State buyers. While located in Eden, NC, they have sales from Fla., Ga., Va. and as far away as California and Montana. Travis is great to work with and will keep you update on your order.
man, how am i seeing Smokey and the Bandit? this thing is Pontiac Firebird cool!
Fred ya did inspire me to call, so i did. what the heck, huh?Call the 866 #, much better than the Jeep chat and available 24 hours a day as well.
Did you store the windows in the back of the Jeep or somewhere else?Happy Monday! Chilly beach day today! Glad to have my boy with us! He doesn’t mind...I blame the Jeep!
I won’t speak for @Moosh67, but until my (backordered) window bag arrrives I am keeping my windows in between moving blankets in my garage. When the forecast is questionable, on they go. Looking forward to safely and neatly hanging them from the back seat! (I hope the bag doesn’t take 6 months to come like my Jeep did.)Did you store the windows in the back of the Jeep or somewhere else?
NICE!Here she is. The Night Rider.
I agree. During my 20 week wait I did not call the 866 number till about 13 weeks into it, by then I was getting pissed because nobody knew anything. I called about 10 times over the next 7 weeks and each time the person on the other end of line seem to have some sympathy for what we all were going thru. Information wasn't always timely but much better than the chat. Didn't use chat the last month.Call the 866 #, much better than the Jeep chat and available 24 hours a day as well.
