LOL... I will say the paint job looks really good. It turned out a lot better than I expected. That said, copper has a lot of red tones in it and I think you might have been looking for bronze, which has more green tones.

I think that looks good.

I don't think it's anything wrong with your wheel color per se, but the combination of your body color and wheels doesn't work.

I think it just ended up the wrong hue of gold/bronze to be honest. Like someone pointed out copper has more red tones and you probably need a bronze.

I almost like it. I think it would look a lot better with some outline white letter BFG KO2's. And maybe Rubi springs to separate the wheel from the fender a little more (that made a big difference on our Sahara).

In 2 weeks it's getting 35 ATs and a lift. I think that will make a big difference. I still think the shade is too light. I think a darker bronze would be better. I'm on my way to buy a different color in a minute. More painting will happen today and I will update the post.

When you settle in on a color may want to have the wheels
Powder Coated. Spray paint is a relatively soft paint and will look rough over time especially if you live in an area with salt, brine, snow, and you off road.

In the past, I've use Rustoleum Hammered Dark Bronze and really liked it. It's a lot darker, more black in the mix.

The best way apply it would be to get it in a can, cut it with 10% acetone, add a cap full of Japan drier, then spray it with an HVLP gun. You can use the rattle cans, but it takes a good 2-3 days to fully dry, so the guys at the tire shop will likely mar them.
