Can the mounting plate be flipped and the compressor mounted under the drivers seat?

I currently have an amp rack for the MB Quart audio system mounted under my passenger seat on my JLU.

Hey… the Kraken are no joke. Won again tonight!

Used the Epic Kraken today after the Snow Jam near Mt. Rainer today. Finished my hotdog and chili before the others were done airing up.

Ha I'm sure they system is great. I just want that little decal of the Kraken that's on the switch.

I only see two tires at a time being inflated. Looks like the kit has 4 hoses? Were is the 4-way manifold?
All 4 tires are connected at once. Take a look at the video on the original post - shows everything ;-)
Cheers!

Probably a stupid question, but, I'm always leery about power as I've been electrocuted once. Are there any concerns touching the terminals? What if you touched the + and - at once? What if you're wearing a metal belt buckle and that touches some metal on the vehicle?
Ever put your tongue on a 9 volt battery? Like that only way worse... and exciting!

Got my Kraken back in July and it is awesome. Pretty simple install and so much more convenient than hooking up my previous pump-in-a-bag and doing 1 tire at a time.

@EPIC Adventure Outfitters - I've got a 2023 JLUR with Armorlite flooring. Is the Kraken install compatible with Armorlite? It seems a bit thicker and less compressible than the stock carpet.
Yes, the install works with the Armorlite flooring. There may be some trimming under the seat required to pass through the ARB power cable. No biggie. Cheers!

Can I preorder the power seat version, then pick it up next month? I have to drive right by the shop!

Also do you foresee any issues with Kraken + Seat Jackers with the multi mount panel?
You can order it on our website now. Just select "local pickup". We'll email you when it is ready for pick-up.
Not sure on the seat jackers. If they raise the seat, then we don't foresee any issues.
Cheers!

Unfortunately no, the compressor mounting plate is designed specifically for the passenger seat. Cheers!

This just looks like a fancy control switch for a compressor and some hoses that plug into it. Am I missing something here? How is this any different than having a compressor under your seat with hoses that run to inflate/deflate the tires?

The quality and design of the components is exceptional. I had the ARB under-seat solution and it sucked in comparison.

OK, I see now. They didn't really show two connectors, one under each seat. In addition, he got in and shut the door so...
Anyway, I need to plan to add a connector on the passenger side also. Does that bracket come with the kit.

Greetings my Canadian friends! The Kraken looks great, but I fed my kids spinach and they grew long, strong legs. It looks like the install plate is moved very far rearward to avoid the under-seat heater duct and motors in the '24 power seats, which is great, but there is no kick plate to protect the air inlets from damage. How much does it reduce rear seat leg room, and can a kick plate be fitted to protect the air inlets?

Did you install it yourself? If so, how’d the install go?
Yeah, I installed myself and it was pretty easy to follow along with the printed instructions provided. I think the thing I spent my time on the most was feeding the wiring from the battery to the cabin like they suggest. Not difficult, but I got a little "ocd" on where I secured my wiring harness with zipties while under the Jeep.

I'm a novice when it comes to wiring, but I found the install to be beginner-friendly.
