Nope! Works fine in the 4XE, 392, 3.6L, 2.0L, EcoDiesel and Hemi Swaps. In a few short weeks, the Kraken will work with the new 2024 power seats. Cheers!

That is correct. We don't currently sell components individually. If you're an existing Kraken owner, we ship out replacement parts if needed however. Cheers!

Ha, can't fit that anywhere but one of my TRX friends has one. I was trying to get Ginger to feel sorry for me and send me a Kraken. I actually have Twin ARBs in 3 of my vehicles.

Nope, they even solved the clearance issues for the auto adjust seats on the MY24+ X trim
I would recommend watching the video install video from Epic. Additionally there were 2 other install videos that helped with some tricks (Unwinding Roads, Ozark overland). Once you are able to route the main wiring harness from the battery area to the passenger footwell floor - its usually easy sailing from there on. Note, the ARB provided harness is tight on length, try and plan the battery connection before routing.. its just enough for both ends.. like seriously just-enough. For that high a price for the compressor.. they could make that harness a lil longer - looking at you @ARB4X4 ?


for sealing back the rubber grommet entry inside the cabin.. I actually like the Ginger's suggestion of straight up gorilla taping it neatly. I tried to be a smart ass and use butyl and silicone seals - made a freaking mess.. gave up and just did gorilla tape. If there's water coming through despite the tape it means you are stuck and submerged so deep that you have other problems to worry about at that point.

I only see two tires at a time being inflated. Looks like the kit has 4 hoses? Were is the 4-way manifold?

I've wanted this for a while when I saw some pictures, awesome watching the install video though, thank you for taking the time and putting forth the effort to make a great install video!

Probably a stupid question, but, I'm always leery about power as I've been electrocuted once. Are there any concerns touching the terminals? What if you touched the + and - at once? What if you're wearing a metal belt buckle and that touches some metal on the vehicle?

Got my Kraken back in July and it is awesome. Pretty simple install and so much more convenient than hooking up my previous pump-in-a-bag and doing 1 tire at a time.

@EPIC Adventure Outfitters - I've got a 2023 JLUR with Armorlite flooring. Is the Kraken install compatible with Armorlite? It seems a bit thicker and less compressible than the stock carpet.

Also do you foresee any issues with Kraken + Seat Jackers with the multi mount panel?

Hey… the Kraken are no joke. Won again tonight!

Used the Epic Kraken today after the Snow Jam near Mt. Rainer today. Finished my hotdog and chili before the others were done airing up.
