Please please please post pictures once you have those installed. I'm swapping out for 315/70R17 BFG KM3's (which are about 34.3") and black 17" Method Race Wheels the week I pick my JLR up.

Good morning, my Jeep friends! You have kept me sane for the past 16 weeks! My 3 sons have told me I was addicted to the forum! That’s ok! Here are a few more pics! I’m letting my husband drive today! Lol!

I've been torn between the Brilliant White and Sting Gray because white looks phenomenal; especially on the beach. I only ordered Sting Gray because I wanted something different. I'm still waiting on my order; I hope it looks, at least, just as good as yours.

Seeing these pictures have really helped renew any excitement I lost over my 5 almost 6 month wait! Absolutely astounded how good this configuration looks. Thanks for sharing!

Just got off the phone with "Jeff" at Jeep and he offered the 2 packages that have been talked about on here and I chose the "road hazard" package. This covers all 5 wheels and tires for 3 years

How do tires like those affect the ride? Surely it must? Sorry noob here, this is going to be my first.

I actually have another super noob question. Driving around topless seems grand, but what happens if you get caught in a rain storm? That happen to anybody. Is the insides water proof to that level?

One of the downsides to the pacific northwest i guess, rain can come at any time.

I have never driven on the BFGoodrich KM2 (which I believe is pictured above) but I have heard it is pretty good and not nearly as bad as other mud terrain tires on the market. The new KM3 (released June 1, 2018) is supposed to be even smoother than the KM2 and on par with the KO2, BFG's newer all-terrain tire (and what the Rubicon uses as stock), in terms of ride quality. The BFG mud terrains will be a bit louder and likely not last as long as the KO2 if used as a commuter tire i.e. frequently on the road. I plan on purchasing a set of KM3's this week so I have them when my JLR arrives.

As for getting stuck in the rain, I have got stuck in the rain a quite a few times in my JK and never had any issues at all. Even to the point where my buddies and I had to bail water out with large 7/11 cups while driving down the interstate (of course, this was before I knew there were drain plugs). My understanding is that the JL is even more waterproof than the JK. My plan is to remove the carpet and Line-X the interior of my JL at some point to make hosing out easier.

That’s what kept me hopeful! I loved seeing everyone’s pictures! All disappointments will disappear once it arrives. I hope it is soon!
