Jeep humor waiting room ( ** NO POLITICS ** )

I have had Jeeps for years and never had any problems with the noise from the Jeep with a hard top on or off. Not any problems withe doors off either.
But I used to be a rock DJ...
At my wife's insistence I finally visited the audiologist... Now... the A/C is annoying. And, I no longer need all the wattage from my Alpine system.
The moral of the story: If you can't turn down your hearing aids, stuff some earplugs in and enjoy your Jeep.

So just stopped in to catch up before I go grab some pizza. Fud must b ated.

Noticed something today. Or course everyone knows the glove box locks with the fob key. I had ordered (backordered) the in console lock box as well. Dealer never said a thing, so perhaps he didn't know: In case any of yall do not know either, The center console also has a fob key lock.
Made me feel foolish

I ordered one from Tuffy because the console is plastic and people said that they would get broken into anyway. This thing is the most irritating painful badly designed mod I've put in to date. It's so difficult to work in that small a space with two hands. It's like trying to build a ship in a bottle. The tabs that were supposed to slide onto another piece were pinched too tight and I had to separate them. On one side the bolt holes won't line up and I had to force one bolt in. No hope for the other. And the last bolt on the hinge is made for a hex bit they didn't include and I don't have. So many bruises and cuts, I hope you have better luck.

I have leather, but I’m seriously considering seat covers. Which covers do you like?

If I need to take Einstein to the Vet or Park we go in the truck and I don't haul materials or tools or anything that would damage them

I keep them conditioned so If I spill my Rum & Coke I would much rather wipe it up off the leather than a cloth seat or wonder if it got under the seat cover and have to pull it off and go through all of that

Oh, in funny and pathetic news, two of my dogs are afraid of Lagertha. I take them out and they start pulling on the leash to get away from her...they must sense her power

Right on! I will say that how slow she is surprised me. I don’t mind though, I’ve been known to have a lead foot. I need a bit of chill in my life. No hiccups with shifting...it’s a great transmission

Maybe the difference between the JL and the JLU? Because Eve has me being extra careful, feels like considerably more power then I was used to. Granted, I was in a Dodge Dart before (Ralley) so going from a 4 to a 6 was big, but at 50, if I floor it, she will toss you back into the seat
