If I install the Diode Dynamics switchbacks and use the Tazer to set the turn signal to LED, are the resistors still needed or would this fix the hyperblink issue?

I was able to set the tazer and tell it the turn signals are LED and it stopped giving a "Turn signal out" error. However, I was not able to set the switchback to DRL and have it use the white light. It would turn on the turn signal amber light and be solid, but not white.Following
How did you get them to stay on? I tried several settings but couldn’t figure it out.I was able to set the tazer and tell it the turn signals are LED and it stopped giving a "Turn signal out" error. However, I was not able to set the switchback to DRL and have it use the white light. It would turn on the turn signal amber light and be solid, but not white.
Much appreciated!I set DRL type to USA, DRL on, And DRL location to turn signal. I want to try dedicated as the DRL location and see if that will use the white lights.
It looks like with the sport wiring the amber light from the switchback can be used as a DRL from the Tazer, but to use the white light you would need to turn on the parking lights. There is a fourth wire which the sport doesn’t have for the dedicated DRL which would light up the white light.Much appreciated!
Did the hyperblinking on the instrument cluster stop when you set it to LED as well?I was able to set the tazer and tell it the turn signals are LED and it stopped giving a "Turn signal out" error. However, I was not able to set the switchback to DRL and have it use the white light. It would turn on the turn signal amber light and be solid, but not white.
That's strange. Looks like I'll be ordering these then, since I might as well get some more use out of my Tazer. It did. It took a few restarts to take effect, but it no longer tells me that I have a turn signal out. I never got a faster blinking on the inside or outside.
Thanks a ton for providing this. I’d been struggling to figure out the combination. It looks like with the sport wiring the amber light from the switchback can be used as a DRL from the Tazer, but to use the white light you would need to turn on the parking lights. There is a fourth wire which the sport doesn’t have for the dedicated DRL which would light up the white light.
