Day 72 of waiting to get out of C/D on my Rubicon X. My weekly check in to chat kicks back to a person who emails me with the same note weekly. Even with a case number. Dealer is responsive but hasn't gotten anything further....
This is a courtesy email update regarding your 2024 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon factory order status.

At the present time I have no new updates to provide regarding your factory order; however, I will continue to monitor your order for additional updates, and I anticipate having further updates to share with you as they become available.

If you have any outstanding questions or order update inquiries, we do encourage you to reach out to your ordering dealership for the fastest response possible. Additional email communications provided to this email are un-monitored and will be responded to once additional updates are available to share.
I got the same response when reaching out to Jeep Chat. Confirmed order 6/9/23

I'm ok waiting, I think. I just wish the replies - were more like- we will get you an update in X days and provide a real update versus cut & paste

Yeoh... and when you go back to tell them there is no movement, they will offer to escalate and send you an email from someone "looking into it", who two weeks later will says "sorry no movement".
Then you can get another letter, then another one, and then another one with basically the same generic response.

After my last email “update”, just for fun I decided to do something a little different. I asked for contact information for the district rep, the Toledo plant, the person looking into my order, their supervisor, the janitor in the building, anyone who could give me a real update on my specific order.

Crickets. “We don’t have any of that information available to us to give to you. We can only open a case number, enter some details in the comment section, and someone will get back to you.” I requested that my phone number and email be entered into the case number comments so they can contact me directly anytime 24/7 with a real update, NOT a form letter.

Ya, like that’s gonna happen…

Gentlemen, she's here!

Rubi X 4xe in Anvil. Beat the estimated delivery date by more than a week! I'm in Phoenix, AZ

Very nice!!! I have her twin sister on order, but stuck in "E" with an estimated delivery date of August 27th. I can't tell if yours has the Mopar tailgate reinforcement, but that is the only option I added other than the X package, so hoping that doesn't hold things up.

That is exciting. I ordered a Sport S 2Dr with Soft Top on 6/28 and it is still in Confirmed. Is yours a 2dr with Soft Top? I am trying to figure out why my order is taking longer.
Thanks.
I ordered a 4 door with dual top.

I have a suspicion one of the factors deciding scheduling is how many are going to the same location. From what I've been told when they won't load them up on the train/truck until they have a full cart going to the location.

I’m having same issue. Stuck in E with a delivery date of 8/25. I’m wondering if it’s held up at the body vendor. I can see the build sheet so I’m guessing it’s built.

I should probably just ask my dealer for an update as these trackers don't seem to be very accurate. My estimated delivery date was also 8/25, then a couple of days later it was changed to 8/27. There have been several posts mentioning receipt of Jeeps at the dealer with trackers not saying anything about completion or shipping, so hope that is the case for us.

Rubicon X 4XE has officially been built.

Est delivery is September 7th - here’s to hoping it makes it to socal a little early.

IMG_2588.jpeg
Those dates just make no sense at all! My build is also a Rubi X 4xe but my order was placed a month after yours (June 16), mine was scheduled a week before yours (June 22) and went in production 10 days before yours (July 21) but is still in production while yours is built. Either they are doing an extra good job at putting mine together, or more than likely this whole tracking thing is just an inside joke at Stellantis. Hope yours arrives near your estimated delivery date, but mine is supposed to be here on August 27th, but I won't be holding my breath!

Yes I keep hoping my dealer just texts me saying it’s there lol. I think I’m going to reach out to him today too. My delivery date shifted from the 23rd to the 25th shortly after it went into production too. Very strange!

I don’t know about the extra good look at them. I found some blue sticky arrows pointing to a scratch on the inside of rear passenger door. They spotted it an marked it with blue arrow but nobody fixed or looked at it all the way to delivery.

Ours seemed to wander a bit while driving, took it back to the dealership 3 days after delivery to get it checked and the Tech said all looked good on the front end, but there were several loose bolt on the rear end! We're just glad we took it back to be checked and didn't just write it off as being from the larger tires!

I hope that's what happens to me too. A friend of mine said when he picked up his Jeep, his tracker still showed it at the factory and nowhere near shipping. Maybe mine won't even say scheduled.

That being said, having a really crappy salesman is not helping. I e-mailed him last Friday for confirmation of it being Scheduled per JeepChat. He still hasn't replied. It's been 5 weeks since I asked about the towing capacity hoopla and he's still not figured that out either. And it's not like I bother him a lot. I'm 57 days at confirmed and I've contacted him 3 times. Guy is a joke.

Seems no one within or working for Stellantis knows what's going on. That's what's frustrating.

There's a FB user in AZ who just took delivery on a Rubi X in Sarge Green with SOT. Here's the kicker: It's a V6 auto. This would seem to violate every pattern we've been talking about for months.

EDIT: It was a dealer build and purchased off a lot in Prescott. There's your effective confirmation that customer builds are back of the bus so dealers can get inventory first.

Could have been rejected by the person who placed the order. That's how I got a vehicle one time. I was looking for a certain color that wasn't usually ordered as dealer stock. Dealer kept telling me it wasn't there (it was listed online as being there) and then called a few days later to tell me it was. It was an order that the "financing fell through on". Or they rejected it and just didn't want to say that.

I’m hoping that’s the case for us, that it’ll just show up sooner rather than later! ?

That’s so frustrating about your sales person. I hate reaching out to mine too, I always feel like a bother but I mean they do have my deposit and they don’t get paid until that jeep is delivered so you’d think they’d want to know what’s going on with them too
