interesting!! is that what they mean? I always see cars with stickers from random places and I wonder why they put them on. Means they've been there?
Yes, it means you have been there, were successful with your adventure, and made some great memories which are worth sharing with others, and perhaps something else more personal to you. For example, it was your first off road trip with your new Jeep, etc.

I'm planning to order later this month. The wait has been killing me, but there are reasons and it should come somewhere close to my 40th birthday (to soften the blow). If all goes as planned, I'll be ordering a Mojito JLUS before the month is out. I'm in Central Phoenix.

Love everyone's pics!

I’m officially here. Long trip from Missouri, and wife’s car broke down in New Mexico, but we are here. Luckily we were able to get a car hauler at Uhaul and tow it the rest of the way, but was not fun behind a 26ft super mover lol.

We pulled in at 9:30 pm, but already loving it here, can’t wait for some off-road adventures.

Congrats man!!

Sucks the car broke down, but at least you made it. You could always pick up a second JLU now;)

You also showed up at the perfect time... It's supposed to be 108 today lol.

Question for my fellow Arizonans - I am about to order my JLUR and want the leather. I have only had cloth before. I typically leave the doors and roof off from April through October - what is your experience with leather holding up to the direct sunlight on a regular basis? I park in a garage at home and for the time being I am in a parking garage at work, so I am less concerned, but typically it is in the sun all day and I don't know how well the leather will hold up to the elements. Does anyone else with leather ride naked half the year and have experience with this?

Ouch. I would not take doors & roof off and leave my Jeep under the sun during summer. Whether the leather does good or not - your a$$ won't. Be prepared to get many hemorrhoids... lol.

In a more serious note - my previous vehicle had black leather, and though not a Wrangler (so doors & roof were on all the time), getting in the vehicle during 110+ days was not pleasant. I also had 5% tint all over and STILL the sun managed to get my leather as hot as hell.

To each its own - but that was the reason why I went with clothes instead of leather for my JL.

Haha - yeah, I know. Even the cloth seats get pretty hot. Aside from the potential burns - I am more concerned about whether it will dry out/crack or damage the leather? Is it made or treated in such a way that it can withstand the harsh conditions? I can lay a towel over it to protect my legs if needed, but don't want it to literally burn up.

I'm not sure what all the fuss is, 108 feels awesome so far compared to Missouri with it's 105 and 80% humidity lol. It's nice to have a cool down at night, and have shade feel cooler as well. Those things were not always a given back home.

We did have the AC go out our first night here (capacitor blew) but we had it fixed the next day. Luckily our house is only a few years old and stayed pretty cool.
