.seYPicked up free steel bumpers from a 21 JLUR and before I take the plastic bumpers of our new 23 JLUR, will they fit?
There's a couple brackets you'll probably need for the skid plate.Picked up free steel bumpers from a 21 JLUR and before I take the plastic bumpers of our new 23 JLUR, will they fit?
There's 4 nutserts that need to be added to plastic bumper Wranglers and 2 L-shaped brackets attach to them.I did get all the hardware and skid plate that came with it. Think that would be sufficient still?
Thanks. Assuming I can do the bumpers without the skid initially. and least what I’ve seen on YouTube. There's 4 nutserts that need to be added to plastic bumper Wranglers and 2 L-shaped brackets attach to them.

yeah our JL doesn’t have LED package but the steel does have LEDs. Figured may need some programming.Probably need 6BU43RXFAB, unless it came with the bumper. If you have to swap the LED fogs from your plastic bumper, you’ll need an adapter as well. Obviously if your steel bumper already has the fogs, it won’t be an issue. . . . unless you did not have LED’s to begin with, which will require some programming. Since you are starting from FREE, you’re already way ahead of the game, so enjoy! ?
Interesting ?At least in the rear, plastic is better. All the JLR's in my group with factory have damage panels where the bumper is pushed into the body. My rear plastic leaves an easy to wash off black smudge. My Rugged Ridge 11540.32 HD Bumper, Stubby, Front is far better and only $500 delivered.
But take the front at that price.
My halogen Sahara took the LED fogs from the steel bumper I got with no problem.Thanks. Assuming I can do the bumpers without the skid initially. and least what I’ve seen on YouTube.
