That Sport has Sahara wheels on it and the front bumper is not the steel bumper that comes on a Rubicon.

So, I just looked at a dealer near you. It looks like they have customized some of their inventory. I bet they took the better wheels, bumpers etc. and put them on the basic vehicles.. Actually a pretty good idea if thats what they did.

They do a lot of custom, but this didn’t have any window notation and was base base. Soft top, no locks, etc. could explain the wheels, but never seen that bumper before. Not sure you would gain anything putting a $1000 bumper on a pure base vehicle and that’s it. But maybe?

I was running.

I wonder if there’s a buyer who’ll find exactly what they were looking for in a base Sport with a couple random dealer chosen, heavily marked-up mods? Also, with the Sahara 18” Dueler A/T tires it would be lame if the Sport doesn’t have Anti-Spin/Dana 44 rear axle that it should.
