Do you mind me asking what dealership you ordered through? Just wondering if mine is delayed due to the whole railroad strike happening this week. Haven't heard of many deliveries in Houston area.

My 2023 JLUR is stuck in production since Aug 26. My dealer says it's still in "I" (final inspection) status and has been since at least Aug 30. My understanding from the posts in this forum is that the delay can be due to a trim/part shortage or it could be waiting for an actual repair. The "J*" statuses seem to for the latter reason. Does anyone know if the status in the dealer's system would actually show the "J*" status and could being in "I" status be interpreted as waiting for a part rather than a repair?

It's very frustrating not knowing where the issue is. I just extended my long term car rental which is costing me about a thousand bucks a month. I may need to look at alternative methods of transportation if this continues to be a wait without end. If only I had an idea how long it will take. I think pushing for a cloned order (can that even be requested by the customer?) would not help if it the delay is not repair related.

This doesn't help, but my build got stuck in final inspection as well. My tracker never even showed a Build Date. I was in inspection for over 20 days. The worse part is Jeep Chat, nor your dealer can really help. Neither can see why your stuck.

There's a old thread floating around where a bunch of people in 2018 got stuck in Inspection as well, I think the census was you had to be stuck 30+ days for JC to even consider cloning your order.

Picked mine up yesterday! Wonder if the speed was due to only getting the auto-trans, 3.6 eTorque, and 8.4" touchscreen as the add-ons.

Just heard the xr can't be ordered with the 392, again, currently. Who knows if it will come back. So glad I already ordered.
