Looks like you stayed BFG KO2s? What is the exact tire size?

They are 37x12.50R17 Lode range C. They work real good in my area. Very dry sand and rocks with no rain or mud.

Couple updates. This is basically our off season. VERY hot. But when it rains... We got rain yesterday. Big deal around here as it only happens a hand full of times a year. Actually have had a few days of it. Love going out into the desert when it rains. Sand is really fun. I usually air down to 10 psi for sand but when its wet you usually don't need to. Fun stuff. I am not very good at taking pics when I am out driving and Gunner only takes pics of other dogs butts sooo.
Recently added parts. Tuffy Security enclosure, Pypes muffler delete pipe, Metalcloak re-lo brackets for rear shocks.
The tuffy went together very easy. Lid was bent in shipping but fixable. I like it. Will make me feel a little better when top is off. Might carpet the top. Will see.
The muffler delete is what it is. A cheap pipe that gets rid of muffler. I bought a glass pack muffler to weld in with it but so far I like the sound and will hold off for now. After some time and when the top is off I might change my mind and weld it in. No surprise there is drown at around 2500 rpm. I do not do much freeway driving.
Kululu pet cover is very nice. Bought on Amazon for around 50 bucks. Easy to clean and use. I got the xl.
The MC re-lo brackets I bought a while ago to get my shocks in the middle of their travel. Just fine tuning. I installed the fronts when I first installed the lift. Put me right at just over 5" at ride height. Shock travel is just over 11" front and rear. Rears had more up travel than I was using and not as much droop as I wanted. After re-lo brackets rear is now just under 5" at ride height. I can remove about a half inch of rear bump and get it just about perfect in the middle of up and down. I am going to do a lift/suspension update when I get more miles on them. Almost 4000 miles on lift as of now. Still really liking it all.

Just another quickie. I ran the jeep for several hours in rain and desert and this is how it looks after. Not bragging by any means. We do not get sticky mud around here. I love to play in it but really hate mud. Wet sand is not like mud. I also keep my jeep clean and garaged but also use ceramic treatment on everything. All the parts I add plus sheet metal and plastic. Makes clean up a breeze and keeps things looking great. Couple pics of yesterdays rain day. Pics were right as wall of rain started to hit. You can see standing water already and it had just started. Rain hits fast and hard here (that's what she said). Soaks in just as quick.

The story ends on the Black rubi.
So while I was welding in the Cherry Bomb on the rubi someone pulls in my driveway. It is the salesman from our local dealer.
Here is the quick back drop. This is the order I tried to place 6 months ago. I used the online build sheet 20 times over the span of a few weeks. Back and forth. Finally settled on this build. Went to place order. Made a deal with the salesman. Manager came in to put the order in and told me the price was going to be more than the salesman and I had agreed. Quite a bit more. I declined and walked away. Tried to buy a 392 off the lot or order from other dealers. Needless to say it did not pan out. I ended up getting the Black Rubi on a customer canceled order. I planned on keeping it till I could order the 392 without the ransom demands.
Fast forward to this last Wednesday. Salesman actually showed Up at my house. Said my 392 was in. I was at a loss for words. Told him if he remembered I never placed the order. Reminded him of what happened. He said if I was still interested I could have it at our agreed upon price. They also would let me take off a lot of my parts from my trade in. Made the deal and now I have what I really wanted all along. Fate? Maybe. All I know is I am a very happy camper.
Not sure about another build thread or not. Will be all the same parts pretty much. Just ordered another MC kit.
Here is a pick fresh off the truck.

LOL - I just found this thread and read through it and then you post the trade up. Nice.

I can't justify the 30k price difference between my XR and a 392 XR.

LOL. There is no justifying it. Just got to do it and hope the wife don't change the house locks and move some other dude in. Some real smile factor when you get behind the wheel. Don't ever test drive one. And if you do stay away from offroad+ mode. Hooked.

Thanks. I just ordered the MC 2.5 kit and a winch plate. I will try and take more pics in the next build thread.

Thanks for the posts. It really helped planning my build. 2021 XR on 37" BFG KM3, MC GC 3.5, Fox 2.5 shocks and Fox 2.0 Steering Stabilizer.

These MC lifts do seem to be on the high side. Wonder what I will get with the 392.
