waiting on my JLR order updates
Just got off the phone with JL Dedicated Customer Service. I have had no updates anywhere besides D status until just now. They said it is in KZ (shipping) status and just went into it (shows for 0 days.) I hope this is right-I asked the guy to double check. So if this is correct, great news for us-PST ordered 12/7/17.
That would be great, got my nipples hard!

No rain-I appreciate the info. I am cautiously optimistic from everything I've read on this forum. Thanks for chiming in! What is your order date?
If its any consolation , everytime they have told me i was D status , they also told me my build date was may 14th so we'll see what happens tomorrow.

She’s in Nitro, which is the rail station down in West Virginia.
Actually, "Nitro" refers to the Nitro Creek Yard, which is part of the Chrysler - Toledo Assembly Complex. In other words, it's still waiting to be shipped from the plant.

i don't want to rain on your parade but i was told twice by the hotline number that i was KZ only to be back in d status a few days later.

If its any consolation , everytime they have told me i was D status , they also told me my build date was may 14th so we'll see what happens tomorrow.
Jeff, the Hotline Support Computers are not very good. They should have identified YOU immediately and given a script to the Hotline Contact that would have given you some Hope, but not too much - - just enough to keep you hanging on and calling ( their Key Performance Indicators and pay scale hinge upon how many calls they get - - - with extra points for callbacks and how many times they are mentioned in On-Line Forums.

As it turns out, your Jeep was built and shipped last month. It arrived at your dealer 4 days after that. Unfortunately, they shipped it under the wrong VIN. It is just sitting there in limbo waiting for everything to be sorted out. ( you would think that the Punk'n color would have helped them realize it was yours ) Meanwhile, your VIN has been associated with a "New" Jeep customer who keeps changing their mind on the color ( Black? or White?) and the floor mat options. 9 times so far. Every time they do that, your VIN goes to the back of the line - again and again. They call the Hotline a lot too, but also do a lot of emails.

Jeff, I am sure all of this will be worked out on the 14th.

On the other hand, I wouldn't count on it.

At least you have all of us pulling for you ( at least until our Jeeps arrive and we are out driving them instead of haunting the Forums for information and praying none of us go through what you and Fred are ).

lol , the best is they have escalated my case 9 times i have nine different case numbers, but still no one has called me back yet. Today was the first time they realized my case is already escalated. They told me i would receive a call in a couple of days not holding my breath.
