Looks like signal strength to the satellites with a confidence level of pinpointing your location. Never seen that, awesome.

GPS can't track you, signals are incoming only.

This tells you how many GPS satellite signals you're receiving. You need at least 3 to determine your location. The more signals from different GPS satellites you're receiving, the more accurate your position will be.

The dots show the relative position of the satellites in the sky. The more spread out they are across the horizon, the more accurate your position will be. If you're in a canyon and you're only receiving signals from satellites in a small clump, your position won't be as accurate.

So bottom line is it tells you how accurate you can expect the GPS location to be. With 9 satellites spread all across the horizon, your GPS's position fix will be about as accurate as it can get.

True, but that data is actually fed through the 4G aircard for the OEM navigation to work, so Jeep is totally tracking you.
It could be worse. This is an "option" on 703 of 2022's build sheets:

Then how did XM guardian tell me my jeeps exact location anytime I used the app and looked it up?

That’s a different system (4G). The post you’re referencing was only commenting on GPS.

For example I have a Garmin Fortrex 401 that I’ve had since 2013. It gives me my location based on GPS signal but doesn’t transmit anything back to anyone. The Jeeps with the 8.4” radio DO transmit back, but not to GPS satellites and not specifically because they have GPS.

If the system is compatible with QZSS or GLONASS that could be the difference, but I haven't looked for much info on Uconnect so I'm shooting from the hip here lol.
