planetech, what did you and/or MC do to fix yours? My Jeep had a 3/4” passenger side lean and my front coils were bowed significantly (worse on passenger side). The guy who installed my lift ended up adding the MC isolator pads to correct the coil bowing issue. He also added the MC spacers/shims to help level the Jeep. Now, every time I go over a bump, something rattles/knocks from underneath. Sounds like it’s coming from the rear driver side. Sounds like something is loose. I talked to my installer about it and he said it’s probably from placing the metal spacers — apparently he stacked 3 of them and he said that’s probably causing the rattling. I won’t be able to have him check it out for another week. I know everyone swears by this lift kit but in all honestly, this has been a headache for me ever since the lift was installed ?
I spoke with Will. He sent me the spring isolator kit for the 3.6 non e torque wrangler and the front spring correction kit for the bow. This did correct the problem with the lean and the bow. As far as the noise, there is no way the springs can lose enough tension to cause the noise. Trust me, it doesn’t flex enough and your brake lines are not long enough to unload those springs. I would climb under there and check all the hardware for torque. Pay particular attention to you rear sway bar links at the sway bar. Mine loosened up on the passenger side and caused noise. I put the nut back on with blue loctite.

Thanks for the info. I spoke with Eric at Metalcloak and he said the three stacked shims should not be the cause of the sound from underneath. I swear something is loose somewhere. I’m going to take it to a different installer, as I’ve lost trust in the first guy I went to. For what it’s worth, the isolator kit did its job in correcting the bowed coils.

Hoping to bring this thread back to life after nearly a year because I’m facing the same issue. I just had my Metalcloak Game Changer 2.5” lift installed and I have a very noticeable lean to the passenger side. The driver side sits nearly an inch higher than the passenger side. Considering how highly recommended this lift is, and the price I paid for it, I’m highly disappointed. Both front springs are bowed, especially the passenger side spring. Hoping there’s a fix for this because at this point, I’m not impressed.
What motor and etorque option do you have?

I just installed the 3.5 GC w/ rocksport shocks and have 1/2 front passenger 3/4" rear passenger lean. 2.0T non etorque here. Worst part is now that I noticed it, everytime I look at my jeep it's all I notice ☹

Mine is also the 2.0T non etorque. I ended up getting some of their metal spacers. Stacked 3 of them (at 1/8” thick each) on the rear passenger side. Additionally, got the MC isolators/correction pads to fix the bowed front coils. My Jeep now sits level for the most part. With as much as we spend for a “complete” kit, we shouldn’t have to worry about these issues.

I agree it would of been nice if the spacers were provided originally with the GC kit so I would of only had to do that work once. I'm more curious as to why some 2.0T see a slight lean and others don't. Makes me wonder if there has been a lack of customer feedback to MC to let them know that it is even an issue with the 2.0T like the 3.6?

I will say that so far the Metalcloak customer service has been very good. My front lower shock mounts looked like the Fedex guy was using the package as some maracas during a jam session. I took a few pictures and Metalcloak overnighted me new ones so I had them the next day when I started installing the lift kit.

Having worked in an engineering role for over a decade so far, good customer service is at the top of my list when choosing to do business with a company. So far Metalcloak has been exceptional to work with so I am still happy with my purchase and I get the warm fuzzies that they will help me out to resolve this issue.

Contact MetalCloak customer service, they are very helpful. Explain what you have and see if they will send you the isolators for the 3.6 non e-torque wrangler. Also, ask about the front spring correction isolators.
I installed both on my 2.0 non e-torque JLU and it is much better!

Good luck!
