My '19 Sahara came with the regular headlights and don't seem particularly bright. Is there a brighter bulb that I can get or do you have a suggestion for LED light replacements (if I do LED I want to change out the DRL too) that work well. I had ordered halo LED's from Quake but cancelled the order after a month as there was no idea when they would ship. Not looking for fancy color changing just basic brighter lights. Thanks!

My experience with Jeep. Wranglers are that halogen headlights don’t work well but if you ever had LED headlights halogen will never be satisfactory. Had Halogens on a 2015 JK and even the supposedly super bright halogens suck. I got i
a set of LED aftermarket with the cancellers. What a difference. Please note that the units I ordered off Amazon were DOT Approved. I did fine tune them to focus on the road rather than the flood effect. Once tuned I nerve got the flashing from other driver. When I ordered my 21 JLU Sport S I ordered the LED package. The option is well worth it. There are no halogen headlights that are bright. The technology for Halogen Headlight has fallen way behind. it is also not a clear clean color the natural yellow doesn’t show up. The LED white is so must easier to see on dark roads. The only issue I have is the bright reflection on street signs from the LEDs

Another option for many of us that received our JLs with non-led Headlights is H13 LED bulbs designed for halogen housings.

Beamtech and Techmax are popular.

BEAMTECH H13 LED Bulbs, 10000LM 60W 6500K Extremely Super Bright 9008 30mm Heatsink Base CSP Chips Conversion Kit,Xenon White Small Size Halogen Replacement https://www.amazon.com/dp/B073ZDLKT...abc_MKAJXVGC8VHRXGN412VY?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1

I've been running a set for over 2 years now without issues.

I was wondering if there was a bulb replacement. Thank you!

I tried both methods (using an LED bulb in the halogen setup and full LED replacements). The reason I made the full switch is that I (and the tech at my local 4W shop) could not get them to aim properly. They always had some reflections that made them aim high, so basically blinding drivers in smaller vehicles at night.

In the end, I opted for LED Replacements and do love them. I see you are in NC, so it may not be an issue. Some drivers on the east coast that get snow have said that the heavier type of snow builds up with LED lights, as they do not get that warm. If that is a concern, opt for the heated LED lights.

Thank you for the feedback. We don’t get much snow in central NC so that wouldn’t be an issue. I had looked and saw heated LEDs but didn’t understand why they would need to be heated, so thank you for explaining that!! ?

These look factory but cost 1/3 less than the Mopar LEDs:

PS: despite what the comment section of the link says that the halos on these LEDs are plug-and-play, they are not. The headlamps are plug-and-play, but the halos need additional wiring, and be activated with a dealer flash or a Tazer, just like with the Mopars.

I bought and installed these lights about a year ago. Zero problems. Look and work exactly like the factory LED option. They were plug and play, except for the Halo's. They do need to be wired, but I wired them to AUX3 using the prewires under the hood next to the battery. It was a really simple solution. I would go for these lights if you want a factory look without the factory price or hassle.

I put these in mine and theyve been great so far. Substantially brighter than the halogens. The Halo can be wired for DRL and turn signal by connecting to the parking lights. Comes with everything needed. They are 7” but they come with the DV8 adapter. I also replaced the fogs. Total cost for headlights and fogs was 461.07 shipped.

Others may have different experience, but I've been loving the ones I got of Amazon for 220 or so. Plug and play, great light cutoff.

Anyway, bunker industries and kiwi master sell the same ones. There are 2 or 3 different variants.

Here's mine, and I know not all like the plus/cross/dpad (described by mathematician dad, religious friend, and gamer son; respectively)
