Fyi- I'm hoping for a 99% positive response for this thread (unlike my last shitshow of a thread) so ya know, lets keep our ? on.

My Jeep is a 392.
The front two seats are black leather and are in new condition (I'm not selling them).
I would like to replace them with seats that are more on the "lazyboy recliner" side of the scale.
Just looking for some seat recommendations.

Thank you and please have a happy day!

Rather than replace them, have you at Desert Does It adjustable seat jackets? Expensive tho. You could also lift the front yourself using washers or something similar.

I’ve always been tempted by aftermarket seats, but with no way to try them out first I’ve been reluctant.
If one day someone opens a mattress style seat store where I can stick my butt in each seat, I’ll be there opening day. Bonus points for free next day deliver!

Went to bed last night and your 392 had no power and running like crap. Wake up this morning and you are looking at new seats??oh boy
????
Im really good at multitasking, huh? I am also installing a phone holder today. I know, its crazy, I could only tackle one jeep issue a day- or even a week- but heck its Saturday. Im going balls to the wall and maybe by midnight I will have all my answers♡

BUT DONT EVER SAY MY JEEP IS "RUNNING LIKE CRAP" EVEN RUNNING ON ONE CHUG- CHUG CYLINDER ITS STILL A JEEP AND THATS AWESOME!

Ummm so I don't need any type of lift?
I just want softer seats...

Corbeau seats? I have zero experience but they look pretty comfortable in my opinion.

Have you considered the katskin ones? some of those look like they have some additional padding if you're not trying to change the underlying structure.

I bought some Recaro seats for a different Jeep years ago. Super comfy, but since they wrap around you so well, it was very difficult to get out. I sent them back.
