Swanton is hell. I know at least 2 or 3 of us turned into new VON and VIN after being there.

Yep. Was there for about 3 weeks and got a note from my dealer status had changed. He was excited bc he thought it was moving. Thanks to seeing what happened to others on here I had him research and I had receive new vin/Von and the status change was a rebuild.... I would have your dealer check their system just to make sure it’s still the same vin/Von. But does seem everything that went there early March has been stuck. Though have seen a couple on here get released in the last few days.

I think both of ours were gated out to leave swanton back Toledo, assuming for parts for our new Jeeps, then the dealers knew. I don’t think they knew much prior. jeep chat would only imply there was a quality issue but wouldn’t say anything besides “call your dealer” as in they knew there was an issue but couldn’t say,

I’d rather get it late than have the steering link sever from frame.

I can't believe it. After 75 days my JLU showed up at the dealer.. I pick it up tomorrow. It shipped direct on truck from Alorton, IL down to Houston, which is over 1,000 miles in a day and a half... I'm shocked.

I am just hoping the same thing happens to mine. Going on 2 weeks in IL. Our St Louis brother had his show at his dealer from Alorton without the spreadsheet updating as well. I keep thinking every morning my dealer will call me. I mean it’s a 6 hour drive from here...

Dealer texted me earlier today that my JLUR had arrived! I’m picking it up tomorrow and can’t wait. More photos once it’s in my hands.

I call Jeep direct, 1-877-426-5337. Had much more luck with calling than Jeep chat. I find if you're calm, polite and respectful they work with you more. They must get pounded daily with frustrated callers, "where the F' is my Jeep!"

I appreciate the offer but if I'm gonna steal a truck for you I might as well go steal my Jeep

Awesome, mine still shows to be in Alorton. I just want it to move already its only been there for 10 days but man it seems like forever
