with that lease return i think you got a solid deal. how much was your sahara with taxes and dealer fees when everything was done?
My trade in, 17 Honda accord lx's pay off balance was $19k and they gave me $21k for trade in value. And then they added $2k to selling price. So basically they just paid off my trade in.
I wish it helps your future deal.

ps this dealership really need a new printer machine! :(

Picked up a pretty nicely fitted JL sport S for $375 w/taxes.
MSRP:42110
Price:39000
MF: .00193
Residual: 76
36/10k
$1500 down (1st months, doc fees, tag, etc)

In hindsight, I’m not crazy about the settled price(a little under 3% below invoice) and I feel like I should have been at $350-360/month with the DP, but f@rk it, I’m over it...got that Mopar lift on my mind now

Congrats. I’m looking at similar setups but keep coming up with lower lease payments using same numbers. Not sure what I’m doing wrong (this is without fees and just first month and taxes paid upfront)

Mine had a sticker price of $39,800. I did a 48 month lease and the residual was $29,600. Holy smoke.

This is good and bad.

It's good because it makes for some great monthly payments.

It's bad because even the mighty Jeep Wrangler isn't going to realistically hold value that well, so at the end of the lease if I decide to keep it I'll have to finance $29,600 on a Jeep that's probably going to actually be worth a few thousand dollars less. I'll have immediate negative equity, which traditionally you would never have on a Wrangler deal.

Time will tell. But the next 4 years are gonna' be sweet. :)

I leased a JLU Rubicon April 12th. Was $52,400 MSRP. They sold it to the lease for $48,200.00. I got a 36 month/15,000 miles a year for $659.01 a month with a $1000.00 down payment.

What is your MF on that deal? It seems a bit high to me.

I don't know what the MF means..lol...in this context. The lease was like $50 a month more going from a 12,000 to a 15,000 mile a year lease.

MF = Monty factor. It’ll be a small number like .00XX

It translates to an interest rate and is also used as a multiplier in calculating the cost of the lease.

Hmmm...looked all over the lease and can't see it. But as always I probably paid a little more than I should have. This was my first lease in a long time. I mainly haggled on the price of the jeep. I was comfortable with the monthly lease amount.
