Ordered 2/19 and still waiting to go back into d1 status... praying that production starts soon, was told I would have it in 6-8 weeks only to find out it hasn’t even been started yet... I Love Love Love the color and cant wait to receive it... paitently waiting...not...lol

Is that your configuration? That's what I'm leaning towards. Body color fenders with black top Rubicon. Stud looking.

Is that your configuration? That's what I'm leaning towards. Body color fenders with black top Rubicon. Stud looking.

I ordered, a Sahara black hardtop, Body color flares.. I got everything but the shift differential, and cold weather group, live in Fl so no need for that, Other than those 2 I got every other option.. Safety group, remote start, 8 so auto trans, safety package, all of them.. So excited about this color, It can’t come soon enough

Bummer. I wanted the red dash. Even with black leather?

The crying for mediocrity won out it seems, and now even my Punk'n is grey and drab. Gone is the fire of the red dash.

Looks like they even took out the fuel cover, likely in a ploy for another $125 from us all.


I'll see what lands when they call me to pickup my new addiction. Then these details will be addressed.

Maybe after I go get a few scratches.

Can confirm. When choosing the color, it changes the dash.

Maybe the delay in Punk'n was caused by the inability of FCA to decide on the color of the dashboard.

Can anyone verify that the Punk'n Metallic color actually has any metallic flake look to it?
I've read some conflicting posts. I really liked the color in the Jeep website renderings, but not so much the traffic cone orange look that seems to be out there on recent deliveries.
Sorry if I missed something.

Nice! Worth the wait. Not real clear in the picture, but doesn't look to have the fuel door that Rubicons come with. Perhaps the dealer installs them, but would have thought that came from factory. Enjoy your day tomorrow!

Thanks @jjmarkus the dealer had not noticed the missing fuel door. They installed one before I arrived at the dealership. I think I would have noticed but excitement takes over and I get a little antsy and I might have missed it.
