NICE !Leveling kit, 33” tires, 18” Black Rhino wheels![]()
Winch installed. Smittybilt X20 with Rusty’s winch plate./QUOTE]
Very curious to see how you like the X20, considering one of those when I finally get my Jeep.
Did you get the 10 or 12?
How are you liking the Barricade Adventure HD Bumper? Would be interested to hear pros and cons (besides the Halogen/LED fog light issue). How is the quality of construction, fit, and finish? This bumper appears to be an excellent value and I like both the practical aspects (D-ring mounts) and styling...Its a Barricade Adventure HD bumper. The stock LED fog lights do work, the stock halogen fog lights do not.
These are 17” DV8 882 beadlocks wrapped with 37” KO2’sThat looks great. Can you tell us what rims those are?
Looks awesome! What leveling kit is that and what size tires?Leveling kit, 33” tires, 18” Black Rhino wheels![]()
How sturdy is it? put another way, what are the chances that my rambunctious younger kids could somehow topple it or fck with it someway?Job was about 1.5 hours to 2 hours. I took my time.. On their website they have 3 videos to help.. I found the paper document provided to be more helpful though. It is well written. I did the job solo and it isn't difficult. The unit itself is really well made and engineered. I could do it in half the time if I had to do it again. The real issue is orientation of pieces vs. the images during assembly as if you do it wrong you have to readjust which could mean disassembly to then continue.
I have owned the hoist from a previous jeep that I had and what I didn't like about it was that it had to be fab'd to the garage so when I sold the house I had a bunch of work to fix it. Also that it still was a beautch as when it was up there I always hit my dang head on it and the top swayed too much for me.
I do not regret the decision
Looks awesome. I assume that's a Sport S? I will be in similar scenario. Can you please share the products you are using for signal, fogs, and headlights?LED switchback turn signals and LED fog lights. LED headlights being installed today.

Thank you much for this info. I have it bookmarked and will order once I have a semblance of when my JLUS is going to ship. For the Diode lights, I could get the info on color temp. Do you know if it's 5000k? I think anything over 5000k is ricey...Yep for a Sport Unlimited. Headlights will be installed after work.

Simple to do all three. The Switchbacks...you will need to purchase the resistor that is on the same link for 10 bucks. Those are easy to install as well.
I know this is dumb but before wrenching down anything make sure the bulbs work otherwise you'll be pulling them out to see what got missed.
Thanks,
I'm not 100% sure. I went with the XML2 (1420 lumens) for fogs.Thank you much for this info. I have it bookmarked and will order once I have a semblance of when my JLUS is going to ship.
