Anybody know what the "Jeep Enhanced Customer Satisfaction Program" is? I missed a call today from a woman at FCA telling me my Jeep has been placed on the Jeep Enhanced Customer Satisfaction Program. I have had some issues with the rear parksense sensors and opened a case with Jeep Wave. The dealer had the vehicle for about 4 weeks, and FCA told me they were working with the dealer getting it fixed. Well, long story short FCA was not truthful, and both the dealer and FCA seemed stumped. The dealer then offered to swap mine out for a 2021 (which I am now waiting for). So this woman from FCA is going to call me back and I'm prepared to tell her how useless FCA was and they handed me a bunch of crap to the point that I took the only way out I had other than Lemon Law. So I guess I'm asking if anyone had any experience with all of this as I'm going to as if my 2021 can be given a higher priority as they have already failed me once and this is the least they can do for me.

Jeep Enhanced Customer Satisfaction Program?? I hope they can enhance my satisfaction but I have my doubts........

It’s the one where they crap all over you and deny you compensation when you don’t have your Jeep for three weeks or more, after having your Jeep on four other occasions for another five weeks total without fixing your problem. That’s what it was, at least in my experience.

Sigh.........

I knew it.My jeep sat at the dealer for 5 weeks (that's after I took it three other times) I finally got rid of it 2 weeks ago so we're now on 7 weeks.

They told me they were working working with the dealer and had the dealer driving and testing it to make sure it was fixed. They forgot that when they sell you a new Jeep you get access to the UConnect program on your phone and........ wait for it..... the mileage on the car...... So unless they were loading it on a car carrier and driving around like that its tough to drive it around when you put no miles on it.

Dealer told me they called once asking what the issue was with it.

Warranty repairs are taking weeks these days, with the shortage of spare parts and what not.

Sounds like FCA is looking to reduce the ding on customer satisfaction by paying someone to call customers with an open case to...tell them nothing new.

This was in 2019, started in 2018. They have always been bad at JLs. Just look at the number of dealers who put 6qts of oil in your rig.

I’ve been buying Chryslers Dodges and Jeeps for 30 years: CDJR dealers have gotten really bad in the past 5 years. Not just with JLs.

Not That I think it will hurt them! But I suspect they are a little anxious about the Bronco sucking sales away from them and their increased customer service may be a knee jerk reaction to try and hold onto customers with their winning ways!!! LOL

I’ll take whatever help I can get. I won’t have the attitude that they owe me and I’m mad and they better do something and all. I just want them to do what’s right and fair.

edit: isn’t there a gentleman on this board who works for Jeep Wave or something?

I hear ya!!! I wouldn’t actually go in with attitude either! But you should go to the dealership and talk to the general manager, show him the printed out tsb and honestly discuss your dis satisfaction of your jeepand its steering and tell him or her if need be you will get Jeepcares involved to facilitate this process. That is not being unreasonable! Specially because so many have already had great results from this and their Dealerships. Good luck I hope you get it worked out!

I talked to the owner. He told me get a lawyer and go lemon law if I wanted but be prepared for a fight. He was willing to swap the Jeep out. I have no idea what happened to it and I don’t want to know

So they are trying to make things right? Do you not want the Jeep? I would do the swap (As long as its comparable) and be done with them!!!! then if possible in your area. Find another dealer!

Folks here are making fun of this new program. However, no other car manufacturer can match it. If Jeep keeps your vehicle for over 4 weeks because of a mechanical issue a nice lady will call you and apologize profusely for your inconvenience. If Jeep has your vehicle for over 6 months they will send you a complimentary Whittman's Sampler.

The warranty program is absolutely atrocious. My Jeep was down for over a month with the W12 Manual trans recall. I had a case manager call me up and offer to pay for the month the Jeep was in the shop (2 weeks after I mentioned I was looking into legal counsel, and then miraculously got my Jeep back). That was nice, but that didn't make up for the fact that FCA Corporate is awful. My dealer got zero updates the entire time. I called FCA Corporate and was told the same thing. 2 of the phone reps were just complete assholes- rude, giving wrong info, and basically telling me to piss off and wait my turn. The next time I made sure I was overly nice- the reps seemed to be much nicer and far more understanding, but equally frustrated for me as I stated my case.

I'm actually kind of shocked they're replacing yours with a 2021 over parking sensor issue. I've said it before: I'll use a warranty if I can, but end of the day- I need my Jeep fixed. I know enough people and have enough experience with Jeeps at this point I'll do it myself or pay someone who can do what I can't to fix it right with stronger than OEM parts, and then I'll deal with compensation from FCA later.
That said: I kinda feel like if I was more of a prick, maybe they would have offered me a 2021- and I could have just told them "Pay my loan off and I'll keep this one" then put a centerforce clutch in it and never worry again. hahaha
(Mostly joking, I'm well aware they would not do that).
