Well Jeep Wave didn’t help much. The girl from the Enhanced Program has yet to call me back
It’s called the “Enhanced Program” because...the wait is enhanced to be longer... :CWL:

The warranty program is absolutely atrocious. My Jeep was down for over a month with the W12 Manual trans recall. I had a case manager call me up and offer to pay for the month the Jeep was in the shop (2 weeks after I mentioned I was looking into legal counsel, and then miraculously got my Jeep back). That was nice, but that didn't make up for the fact that FCA Corporate is awful. My dealer got zero updates the entire time. I called FCA Corporate and was told the same thing. 2 of the phone reps were just complete assholes- rude, giving wrong info, and basically telling me to piss off and wait my turn. The next time I made sure I was overly nice- the reps seemed to be much nicer and far more understanding, but equally frustrated for me as I stated my case.

I'm actually kind of shocked they're replacing yours with a 2021 over parking sensor issue. I've said it before: I'll use a warranty if I can, but end of the day- I need my Jeep fixed. I know enough people and have enough experience with Jeeps at this point I'll do it myself or pay someone who can do what I can't to fix it right with stronger than OEM parts, and then I'll deal with compensation from FCA later.
That said: I kinda feel like if I was more of a prick, maybe they would have offered me a 2021- and I could have just told them "Pay my loan off and I'll keep this one" then put a centerforce clutch in it and never worry again. hahaha
(Mostly joking, I'm well aware they would not do that).
It wasn't FCA that swapped it, but rather the dealer. The dealer seems to share our opinions when it comes to them helping out and customer service. I think it wasn't so much that it was a relatively minor issue, but rather one that was not easily fixed and given the fact that the jeep had very little mileage, it was clearly a factory defect.

I'm no mechanic but I would imagine it be quite a project replacing a wiring harness that runs front to back in any vehicle these days. They're tied down in so many places and need to be tucked away from heat or moving parts and routing them through crevices. Unless you took the vehicle half apart I'm sure it is no easy task and that's probably the root issue.
