Also you would think after 48 hrs of not being able to find keys they would have cut a new set. WTF that’s just absolutely not giving a damn. I’m surprised they even email you that and not just made something else up to tell you and you would never have known

Hell maybe they have a rogue employee that ordered a Jeep and he is hiding all the keys so his can ship out LMFAO

I just received a little nugget of great news (heavy sarcasm). My load date has now been moved back to 4-2. So, am I to understand that what is happening, lost keys aside, is that our builds are still awaiting the soft tops? They’ve just decided to play Boggle with the status codes at this point.

I'm still sitting in Toledo as well. I didn't order a soft top so not sure that's the hold up. Day 71 since my order date. Tick tock. 2019s are going to be launched before our 2018s show up!

I honestly believe they stored the Jeeps without any thought to build date. Even though you did not order a soft top I bet there are hundreds of Jeeps blocking yours in and those Jeeps will ship before yours. Either that or those Jeeps are waiting on soft top and until they get them, yours will stay blocked in the back of the lot.

Now after they get your Jeep out you will be held up by the shipping companies because the soft top back log has trickled down to everything and they cannot keep up.

Sorry that is how I am seeing this entire confusing mess. I am putting it all on Bestop not being able to plan for the mass orders of this new release in time for whatever reason.

Boy, talk about a potential cluster of epic proportions!! A bunch of 2018s that have been stuck at the plant for months and they start getting mixed in with 2019s! Mass hysteria!!

Would never order another Jeep. Straight up, this process is worse than ordering overseas. Embarrassing to be honest.

So update on my order. Dealer called today and said they located by build but it doesn’t have the dual top??? She told me they are having problems with the dual top group so they had to remove it. Told me I won’t be getting the soft top and they also aren’t going to refund me for the extra I paid for the dual top group. WTF? So after a month of screwing me around they want me to accept this wrangler that doesn’t have the dual top which is the whole reason I waited a month! Obviously not going to accept it. Likely cancelling my order and going a different route.

No, that is completely wrong. Either they shipped without soft top and you get it later, or you are refunded.

Don't accept it at the dealer until you get something in writing.

There is hope! This morning my tracking showed I was still in Toledo, then I get a text from my sales guy saying "good news, truck was picked up from the yard, ETA March 23-27", 2 minutes later I get another text, "Office says it should be here today or tomorrow", at 2:08pm I get this photo....
