?? WHAAAAT I did not know they had vented seats. I don't believe they do. Maybe this is pre written for a future release or it was not caught by the people that review the final output of the manual. I am sure they copy a lot of text from other vehicles manuals as they are the same and this may have been missed and should have been removed is my guess. Can someone explain what the Owner's manual means by "When temperatures are above 80° F (26.7° C), the driver vented seat will turn on”. How does the vented seats work?
YUP, and the seat also has a drain like the Mopar All Weather mat offering.Driver seat fart extractor fan....
I am not surprised. This would require perforated seats. I believe the reason you don't find electric adjustable seats is due to the fact that this vehicle is purpose built for off road and getting WET. They already have to do a lot to water proofing to other electrical components. Imagine if they had to do this for seats as well? Not only electric adjustable, but also perforated seats for cooling.I asked TFL Car about this and provided the Owner Manual page numbers, and they said the JL does not have vented seats.
Yup. Nope. Can someone explain what the Owner's manual means by "When temperatures are above 80° F (26.7° C), the driver vented seat will turn on”. How does the vented seats work?
Drain will be in passenger’s seat, once they’ve shat their pants !!! LolYUP, and the seat also has a drain like the Mopar All Weather mat offering.
Yes, it has them - the directions and controls are in the Offroad Pages on the 8.4 display - they're only offered on the 2-door, diesel, SelecTrac Rubicon in Nacho with brown premium cloth, though, and unfortunately, that model's been delayed due to supplier issues with the unicorn-leather lockout button for the ESS disable feature. Late availability for 2019 is what I'm hearing. Can someone explain what the Owner's manual means by "When temperatures are above 80° F (26.7° C), the driver vented seat will turn on”.
