Was that called the Spread Eagle model or Golden Eagle, I can’t recall.

I think they were trying to make a few bucks off of the Smokey and the Bandit sensation at the time. I believe the Golden Eagle Jeep came with a complimentary cowboy hat and a pasty Burt Reynolds mustache.

I had. A 77 cj7 with the golden eagle. It was indeed a chick magnet. I got picked up by a chick to get drinks while stuck in traffic on the 57 fwy in so cal. I put. One on my 2018 and will do it again on my 24 Rubi x
