XR Suspension vs Rancho

Hello all

Just wanted some opinions. Still exploring lift options. Hopefully soon I will have enough $ and then I can decide which way on want to go on a limited budget.

or going with an XR take off suspension. Thanks!

I went with XR suspension and the longer Mopar lca's. Gained about 2-2/12 inches. I bought the take offs from a member here for $250, lca's $100, and install was $400 (just didn't want to do it myself). Got 17x9 with 305/70/17. I think it looks good. With the XR suspension I only used shocks, springs, and sway bar end links. All the other parts are the same. I did have to remove the bumper filler panel between the flares and the bumper due to slight rubbing when turning, but was going to do that anyways. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the reply. Your jeep looks great. This exactly the look I am looking for, and the function. I don't need any more lift than what I should get with a XR take off. I know I only need the shocks,springs, and links. (And LCAs ASAP) Trouble is sometimes finding someone who just wants to get rid of those items, especially for $250 and within driving distance preferably.

My Willy's doesn't have the bumper fill in piece. Been trying to figure that one out. Don't know if the Willy's doesn't come with them, or if they just forgot to put the on. Lol.

How is the ride quality?

Just the sport comes with those filler panels. I drove 3 1/2 hours to pick mine up. I live in central Cali and most of the stuff in the forums is either in LA or Frisco. I had a 2 1/2 month wait from when I ordered it. And I filled my garage with lots of goodies. Wheels and tires were bought through this forum as well. As for the ride, I cannot really comment. This is technically my wife's jeep. But she has had no complaints.
