I want to make Beadlock rings for my JL XR rims. Does anyone has a 3d model cad file for these rings?

Just model it, they are dirt simple. If you have the know how to machine it, you should be able to cad model it. It could be done with 2 features in solidworks.

The problem is that I don't have a sample to model it.

If you meant the beadlock ring, I'd just take measurements off a wheel with the beauty rings removed.
