XM channel selector

Stock Alpine system. I have XM programmed for my favorite stations and they are listed in the screen. When changing stations I use the channel selector in back of the steering wheel.
If I am on channel 6, listening to oldies and press the up button, it will move to channel 7 instead of the next channel I have programmed.
Same thing for all the channels. For example if on channel 35 the selector will move it to 36.

How can I change it so moving the button on the steering wheel will take me up to my next programmed station instead of just going up one channel?

Press the round bit in the middle rather than up or down.

There is a small button in the middle of the left rocker you are using. The rocker button moves to the next xm channel. The little button in the middle moves to the next preset channel. Works the same on fm, am, and xm. When I’m using my phone I have it set to skip ahead 30seconds in the song or podcast I’m listening to. That setting is on the phone itself.
