Update: After calling the sales manager 3 time to get them to move and (they didn't call me back like the told me they would) the talked to the service manager and expedited me to get into service. I have my car at the dealer. Make sure you sign up for jeep wave, you will get a free rental car while your Jeep is in the shop. As soon as they get back to me with the issues ill update.
Awesomeeee! Thanks for the update!

Took the survey. Mine steers pretty well - feels like I kind of expected for a Jeep, i.e., looser than standard suv and a tad busy on the highway.
Could be a bit tighter. But no concerns driving it, even at 80mph.
Thanks for taking the survey :)

Remarkable, of the 179 responses only 35 "steers perfectly."
Not to mention the build dates are all over the place. So you really can't say oh so and so dates are problem free.

Dodge has told me that there is noting wrong with the car. Im not happy with this cause the service agent said they put it on the lift and found no issues. they never talked about taking it on a test drive or anything. I showed them the video when i dropped it off. I have called the service manager and also updated JeepCares waiting on a call back from both.

I went back to the dealer and told them that i did not accept the results. They had the service foreman take and for a test drive and came back saying the steering was sluggish and to do something. I will update when i get a result from that.

Mine is good at all speeds but I feel a little touchy at highway speed, driven to 85 mph and you have to keep the wheel very still or you look drunk.

Hello All,

After speaking and consulting with multiple members on this forum about the constant steering issues that many have experienced, we thought a survey would be beneficial. If you have current steering issues (or if you had them and they were fixed by the dealer) please complete this survey:

Thanks for doing this. My problem doesn't seem as bad as many, but we all want a fix and this will document how prevalent the problem is!
