I can verify that last one !
To save diesel our satellite yards had 440V plugs for the trailer refrigeration units. Lazy Dumb sh!ts would unplug them and just throw the cord on the ground. This dumb sh!t reached for one in the rain to plug a trailer in, without checking if he bothered to turn it off, fortunately it arced up to my hand and knocked me on my ass before I latched onto it. :whew:
