Just to update. I took my Jeep to the dealership and they fixed this issue. As per them, they said that my hose has kink and they replaced the hose. Now, so far so good, no more issues.

I know it’s a very old thread, but is there anyone figured it out? I have a brand new 2024 JLU Rubicon, If I don’t the use the washer for few days, it stops working. I can hear the hum but no water coming out. Some times, I have to turn off the engine and start again then it starts working but sometimes the only way it will work is if I open the hood. If I use it everyday, it seems to work fine.
Check your washer hose routing under the hood. I haven’t had a problem yet, but I noticed the hose gets pinched between a hard foam piece that appears to be a wind or water block on top of the firewall on the drivers side. I think the hose is just too long or slack needs to be pulled through the clips to shorten it in the area where it gets pinched.
