Windshield spray nozzle adjustable or not?

Hi all! New member here from Canada Ontario. Very excited about my new purchase of the 2021 Rubicon in Ferrari Red .
Was wondering if nozzles are adjustable since they are spraying too low at highway speeds. Bug season is approaching fast and I will be using lots of windshield fluid this coming spring/summer season.
