Will Rear Fender Liners work for me here?

Need some help. Bought my 2020 Rubicon and there was a front inner fender liner but not rear.

Sorry for being ignorant but as I look at options, I notice some tubing and equipment that I'm worried the fender liner might interfere with

1) can you tell me what the equipment is in the photos I am attaching for my learning?
2) Is this standard for everyone? I've seen pictures from fender liner videos and don't recall seeing anything under there
3) Then would any of the aftermarket fender liners work for me or do I need to be careful to pick one that runs at an angle not to hit this stuff
4) Any brands to recommend for rear liners or any to stay away from? There are a few very common ones on Ebay for cheap but not sure abouty quality

Again sorry if I"m asking basic questions but don't want to buy something that won't work

Ive never had my rears off but all the lines look OEM, so any aftermarket fenders liners should work. I run fron Artecs and I have rears I just have been too lazy to put on.

I take it those are aftermarket fenders we can hear rusting in the picture? Might want to get some Rustoleum on them.

yup thats vacuum and return line to the fuel tank. you'll be good with any JL fender liners

I think most rear fender liners would work.

I have a set of never installed American adventure labs rears with the logo red match for a rubi I’ve never installed. They may be up in the marketplace.

Ended up getting GoRhino inner fender liners for a really good price and got them installed today. Maybe wasn't necessary but I'm happy that I finished that open task off. Now, rather than be happy I'll try to find the next thing that needs to be added I'm gathering this is how it works
