Why is there a thumbs up button but not a thumbs down button?

Thumbs up if you like something but at the opposite end is an angry button...what if you dislike a comment but it doesn't make you angry?

It's nearly a clone of FB's approach.

I was reading that it didn't matter if you use a thumbs up or down on YouTube. Both apparently have the same impact on the algorithm.

The thumbs down button is disguised as the ignore button..

Because we typically use thumbs up for jeeps and thumbs down for broncos. This is a Jeep forum, so the thumbs down isn’t really needed.
