This is why i just added the Rubicon Wheels to my SPORT. IMO I'm tired of the whole black look on rims and honestly the Factory Rubicon wheels look really nice.
Plus their are super-lightweight. Something like 21 lbs, and they look fantastic.

I didn’t order my Jeep, but it came with the “upgraded” Rubicon wheels. I have no idea how much they weigh, but if they are as light as the standard wheel, I have no reason to switch them out... Until those TE37’s come along!

I had to google "Yinz".

There are quite a few threads of jeeps in the forums, even specific ones covering your color choice. I recommend you view those threads and see what other people are using and maybe that will help you pick.
I'm afraid to look up 'yinz.' I'm at work.

The real problem with the stock wheels is that they are 7.5" wide, too narrow for mounting large tires safely.

Totally understand. I think the biggest challenge is that you can't try them on first. And once your tire shop mounts a rim, you're buying it. What if you mount them and don't like the look? Too late!
Yep that's exactly it. The one picture of the Sidebiter 2's I found on a white JL, I didn't like how they looked, but when I see them sitting on the ground on an instagram post I really dig them.

What's the word on Mammoth wheels from Extreme Terrain? They have some simple designs which I'm more of a fan of as opposed to the modern look like a lot of the Fuels.

I agree. Just wish they were a little wider....

What does hubcentric mean? I’m still pretty new to this?
It means the mounting hub bore is 71.5mm, the same as the Jeep factory wheels. This will eliminate the need for hub adapting rings.

A hubcentric mount combined with tapered lug nuts is the best way to get a perfectly centered wheel mount.

So I just got my white JL 2019 Unlimited Sport and I’ve been trying to figure out what’s lift, rims and tires to go with... it’s like... a wormhole that never ends. I just can’t decide which rims to get. For some reason I keep coming back to the Mickey Thompson Sidebiter 2s than on other days I feel like they’re too busy and I want something cleaner. Did yinz have those same god damn problems or what? Yinz already have your rims picked out!?
You are from Tampa, NOT Pittsburg, YINZ? Just kidding we all have our choice words, I'm from KY.......... y'all have a nice day!!
And I am looking at rims also, but cannot decide. also 18's or 17's????? Not sure what to do.
