Is it an opportunity to rust prevent the lower fenders from any inside water or rust?
I’m soon taking off the left tail light to install a fuel cover and can imagine water sitting in the fender well from cars in the past. But I’m not looked into the JL’s design. But have seen gallons under the tool kit in other JLs.
So any need to waxoyl the inside bottom or drill a drain hole while I’m in there? My imagination runs wild with PTSD from rust.
ps: I oil spray my undercarriage every late Fall.
