So, are these stickers on the doors and hood from the factory or some crap my dealer stuck on? And, no, I did not pay for any "theft deterent" or any other aftermarket dealer add-on.

Those stickers have a matching number that is stamped into the doors and tailgate. This is something dealerships will do. If the Jeep is stolen and then they try to strip / part it out it can be traced. It is not only the sticker, check around the jams and you should find a stamped number that matches the sticker.
