The towing package offers Class II hitch and I would prefer Class III. Plus I have a Thule bike rack that requires 2" hitch and on my Cherokee way back I had it.
The hitch is a 2" class II and is sufficient for the max towing capacity. I use my 2" tray style bike rack with no issues. A hitch + prewired aux switch is super worth it.

I'd also add proximity unlock.

Thanks to all of you guys for answering. That was very helpful.

InvertedLogic: thanks for clarifying; I saw everywhwere that CLASS II was 1.5"; if they supply 2" one this is exactly what I want.

Add two package for the switches. They are worth it.
Get the regular leather, not the perforated. The regular ones have red stitchingvti match the dash, the perforated ones do not.
Ditch the sill guards and get aftermarket. Lots of options out there.
Get the dual top group. The soft top is nice to have
Get the plastic bumpers and used the $1295 on aftermarket. A winch plat will cost $200+ for the steel bumpers. For $1495 you can do better. Even though I like the look of the OEM and have them on mine.

Fixed. I'd also go to Pinebelt in Lakewood, but that's more because I already got my truck from them. Sure the Jeep Store is good too

I am in fact working with them. I had nice experience just having bought a Subaru from them for my wife, and then I found out a guy who I know very well from a sports club was working there and right now is actually moved to Chrysler-Jeep place, so.....

I'm not far from you in Cherry Hill area and most local dealers were not that competitive. For $100 Tread Lightly membership any dealer will give 1% under invoice affiliate pricing (need to wait 30 days). Also several MD and VA dealers will go even lower on an order. I'm in a rental 2020 JL Sport right now - agreed with the comments on proximity. And given NJ snow and ice, I'm planning to get Selec-trac and Anti-slip rear axle (which comes with upgraded axle) when I order mine next spring. Hoping Sarge looks awesome!

Just realizing this is a Rubicon build so selec-trac and anti-slip rear axle are not relevant as they are only for Sahara.

I had Selec-Trac on my Cherokee Laredo 1992. It is a good thing to have but unless it is Sahara (I think) it will not be available.

Tomorrow I am going to the dealer. It looks like ordering: the guy looked around for stock and it is tough: mostly quick-sell packages for Rubicons. And those have good discounts: that Chapman dealer in Horsham PA has 2020 Rubicons listed for about $4K under invoice (I check the builds they have - if they sell for advertized price, it is true). Not sure how they do this. But those are not the builds I want.

Well,

I ordered the Rubi in the configuration we finalized here last Saturday.

And now we wait... :)

So, meanwhile:

I need to order the headliner, sill guards, order and install the winch. I take it I am better off installing the winch in a place that specializes in such things.

Anyone knows a good place in my neck of woods?

Nice build. Others have said it, but I’ll join in.... you’ll really enjoy keyless entry. Get that too.

Oh...I did.
And I changed painted top for hard 3-piece black. Indeed it will get scratched.
And I decided for stock steel bumpers.

Well, guys,

I picked it up at Pine Belt dealership, Saturday night, brought it home. It was raining the whole day Sunday, so hadn't had a chance to read the manual, lots of things are different in the controls, have to figure out things.

One thing I wanted to ask you all: I was offered extended warranty, and, having not so good reliability experience with Chrysler (namely with both my Jeeps, especially the Grand Cherokee) I caved in and decided to buy it. I know, Consumer Reports advise against it, and my wife's Japanese cars never needed repairs, and we did not have any extended. But with my Grand Cherokee I really wished I had it.

So, I still have 60 days to decide if I want to retain it, and I wanted to ask what everyonethinks of it: compared to the price of my configuration ($56.5K) the $3.2K for 10y/125Kmiles doesn't seem that bad but then it is still mone out of my pocket.

Will wait for the opinions.

Best

Mike.
