People refer to the style you like as a "stubby" bumper, so search for "wrangler stubby bumper" and you will see a lot of bumper options that you probably didn't know existed. The internet is a big place, any guidance would be appreciated.
I think their plate doesn’t play nice with the Rubicon’s swaybar disconnect motor. Only requires trimming the plate which is apparently easy to do, so people use these bumpers with the Rubicon after doing the small modification.Their website says "Excluding Rubicon" but this photo clearly says otherwise. What's the story?

Same here. Some fitment issues with the bumper bolts can be frustrating, but you don't need to worry about rust. Also, if you are putting in a winch, the distance between the bumper and the grille is relatively small, so some winches either won't fit or will be very tight. For example, I got the HF Badlands Apex winch, which barely fits. At some point, I will need to modify the power cables so they are not bent sharply and pressed against the grille. I also had to shave down the underside of the free-spool lever so that it wouldn't rub on the top of the bumper when in free-spool mode.I had to use am angle grinder on the winch plate to make it work!
